BL8000V - Coating state of
the art
The high speeds of the coating
machine will be enabled, amongst others, by the particular
infeed table.
The infeed table consists of a solely belt system. Conveyor
chains and rear edge
pushers become now unimportant!
The sheet will be prealigned on the front edge by cam belts
making the system independent of the sheet length.
In case of full sheet coating for scroll-cut or rectangular
steel and aluminium sheets
there is no need of new sheet size adjustments/settings
or changeovers.
